It’s been a busy July week on the farm! We’ve been harvesting like madwomen & men (cucumbers, squash, zucchini & the first of the okra are harvested every day) and we were finally able to get the first of the fall brassicas transplanted. All of the garlic has now been harvested and is curing in the rafters of the barn. The first of the storage onions also came out this past week and there are many more to follow!
We’ve been grateful for the unseasonably cool days and the nice breezes that have helped keep us moving during our 12 hour days.
