Pizza Dough (home made or otherwise)
15oz Ricotta Cheese
4 stems of kale, de-stemmed and chopped
3-4 garlic cloves or garlic scapes
1 shallot/onion thinly sliced
Spread ricotta cheese over fresh pizza dough; add as much or as little as you like. Sprinkle garlic, onions, and kale evenly over the top of the pizza. Bake in oven at 350 for 11-15 minutes. This is such a quick, easy recipe, and delicious with fresh greens!
